Six event types I do often.

All of them: polished presence, clear comms with your event team, and a rig that is up and line-checked on time.

01

Summer & Christmas parties

From 25 to 65 and everyone still finds their moment on the floor. Restrained at dinner, energy when it’s time to dance.

02

Galas & awards

Smooth transitions between programme items, on-cue stings, mic handling for hosts and award moments.

03

Networking & receptions

Background that makes conversation possible — and cranks at the right moment, not 30 minutes too early.

04

Exhibition stand parties

Stand sound by day, stand party by night — one person, one invoice.

05

Product launches

Sonic identity for the brand, atmospheric handovers, timed cues to match lighting and reveal.

06

Company anniversaries

A musical ride through the decades, aligned to your company story and audience age mix.

B2B

What planners value in my work.

Invoices that your finance team can file — without post-event firefighting from my side.

01

One person for everything I offer

DJ, optional sax, photo booth, light — from one hand where we bundle it. One point of contact, one invoice when agreed.

02

VAT and paperwork

Invoices with German VAT, GEMA documentation on request, booking details your procurement needs.

03

Briefing format

A structured pre-event plan: timings, cues, backup. Email and PDF, not a WhatsApp novel.

04

Dress code–ready

Black tie, business casual, smart dark — as your night demands. No sneakers at the gala by accident.

05

Backup, doubled

Redundant paths for mixer, laptop, wireless. Especially important for press and broadcast-adjacent moments.

06

Discretion & NDA

What happens at your event stays there. I sign an NDA when the brief needs it.

FAQ

What B2B clients ask first.

Short, practical answers for procurement and event.

Yes — German business invoice with VAT line item, service period, and venue. Advance quotes for purchase orders are no problem.
On request, as a separate line. Or I supply set documentation so you can file through your own process.
Default: 90 minutes before guests. Larger systems (e.g. 200+ guests) often 2–3h, aligned with your tech supplier.
Short welcomes, handovers, award intros — fine. A full show host I’ll refer to a pro from my network.
Typical step model: to 90 days 30%, to 30 days 60%, then 100%. Force majeure we discuss case by case. Moving the date is not a cancel if we agree a new slot.
Roughly up to ~1,500 guests with my own core rig. Bigger: I partner with rental on PA/light — you still have one person coordinating.
